They are great. My GranDog Ozzy had to have an emergency surgery. Within less than 4hrs after we arrived he was in surgery. They called us when they said they would during the 2 days he was there. We took him home on day 3. He had no problems healing. They called to check on him & informed us about all his tests. They answered an questions we had They were very caring for him & us. The whole staff. They truly saved our little dog's life.

This clinic treated us very well. We had an emergency with our dog, and they were able to treat us kindly and take good care of her while she passed the rainbow bridge. The doctor showed a lot of compassion, and as we had to go through the process, they also gave us enough time before and after to say our goodbyes. I really appreciate this clinic and their staff. What happened was hard, but they helped ease the pain with how well they treated our dog.

My sweet Jax was a patient of Dr. Brown, veterinary dermatologist, for the last few years. I highly recommend her and her staff! She was so kind and gentle and thorough. And always took the time to answer all my questions!

Our Shepherd got bloat (gdv). We brought him to Memphis from Arkansas because our primary vet doesn't do after hour emergencies, they have you leave a message and they'll call you back, but had we waited our dog wouldn't have survived. The vets at Memphis Veterinary Specialists were amazing!! They saved our doggo!! They made sure to call and let us know what was going on with him so we were well informed the whole time he was in there. They also have made sure to check on him to make sure he is ok at home as well- which is waaaaay more than our primary vet would do. He still hasn't returned my emergency calls, nor called to check on him which I have to say is a real disappointment. Thank you again to all the vets and staff for saving not just our dog, but a member of our family!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a vet’s office, hands down! The staff was friendly and informative, as was Dr. Brown. They were super prepared with a write up of my dog’s diagnosis, care instructions, and exactly what to expect. They spent time explaining everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly and intelligently. They showed genuinely care and compassion for my dog and took pride in the service they provided. If I could give them 6 stars I absolutely would!
