How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Flatt Veterinary Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Brought a cat for a first time check up. I felt the vet and vet tech were friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. They were easy going with my cat who decided they were the vet now and jumped over onto the office/workspace area. They weren’t pushy with services and gave me options for treatment to figure out what would work best for the cat and I. Dr. Gibson was our vet and a long haired blond was our tech and they were both excellent.

We love Dr Wilton! He’s so knowledgeable and always so friendly. All of my yorkies have been seeing him for a few years now and it’s always such a great experience. Highly recommend!

My dogs have been seeing Dr. Flatt's office since ever since. I can remember they are the most courteous. Kindest, soft spoken and heartfelt people for a bed's office I've ever seen. So you guys keep up the good work because Harley loves you guys and so do I. You all were so courteous when sassy had to go to the rainbow and I really do appreciate it. So you all are great! Dan Gardner not Dan Dean. Thank you

Found out my 7 year old boxer had heart failure. That day they went out of their way to test for everything. Were so gentle and caring with her. Made sure we got her medication and now that she's doing better everytime I go to refill RX they always ask how she's doing and her current condition. So thankful for Dr. Wilton and all who work here! Couldn't ask for more for my pup.

They were able to get Freyja in within the week of me calling. The staff was super knowledgeable, friendly and upfront with what all they were going to do during the visit. They were very clear about how much the visit was beforehand so you weren't blindsided by anything
