Long post but I know they’re gonna reply so I wanna make sure you have all the information. Followup appointment made before leaving previous appt. Advised that I needed to drop off the dogs and 745 And pick up at 10:30. I was told no problem, and my best friend was there and heard everything. Nobody was there to take my dogs at 745. Actually, there was somebody sitting there who worked for Banfield, but she didn’t say anything when I was ringing the bell and getting frustrated. She completely ignored me. With more information, I would’ve just left. Inside they were Argumentative, rude and had no intention of diffusing the situation or apologizing for Their error, or get me out of there quickly. While they’re correct, my appointment was for 830, I had cleared that I could drop off and pick up at those times. When I called them at 10:30 and they hadn’t done anything with the dogs I just told them that I would be there to pick them up and not to do anything. Honestly, I didn’t trust them to take care of my dogs nor did I trust them to treat them properly When I knew the conversation was going to be confrontational I stated recording. I also recorded the phone call. My friend, who is still at PetSmart, gave me a contact at Banfield to send it to and I did So I’ll let them sort it out. It kills me when an office completely drops the ball and Then makes the Customer out to be the problem. I own a business and I never would let that happen. At several points during this, they could have been helpful, but Chose not to. Meanwhile, my dogs have been taken care of by another office. It took about 10 minutes in total ❤️

I will not be returning to this hospital. I specifically booked an “in-room” appointment so I could be present during my dog’s examination, but they took her to the back room instead, with no explanation. I don’t understand why they couldn’t examine her in the same room with me. Additionally, I received no feedback about the examination until I specifically asked about her ears and teeth, and the vet casually responded that everything was fine. This left me doubting whether a thorough examination was even conducted. I feel like I wasted my time and money here and still need to take my dog elsewhere for a proper check-up.

Super nice and caring. My dog loved our visit too. Very clean. Unfortunately, I took my dog next door at their recommendation to be groomed where my elderly dog who has never been near a hair dryer panicked and was taken to the vet to be checked out. While the vet admits they saw nothing wrong with him they the proceeded over the past two months to schedule appointments for him to get 600.00 in blood tests without speaking to me and the only reason I know is for the email I get a couple of days before the appointment. So if I hadn't seen it I would have been a no show multiple times probably with fees for not canceling. I told them I didn't appreciate this after the first time they did it and they have continued so now I'll be looking for vet that isn't sneaky.

I will give three stars only because my puppy is bringing the clinic money...Why do I have to pay for EVERY little thing that is done..For an example:Trim the hair around her bottom..But overall they seems to be good at what they do but doing something out of courtesy is not within the service.And to add we're a new client and for the guy to tell me...We charge for everything we do..Doesn't sit well with me baby baby urinated on the table...He left it there for her to walk around in it...I had to get paper towels and wipe it myself!!

Dr. Butler was great - as were the tech and reception! Convenient location! New, clean, friendly! I ❤️ Banfield - many locations to choose from when traveling - and the Wellness Plans are reasonably priced!
