Unfortunately, my baby had to be euthanized. But everyone at this clinic is so supportive, caring and compassionate, they make a horrible experience just a little more bearable. Everyone from the vet to the techs and all the people at the front desk are very professional and compassionate. All of the exam rooms are more like your living room at home and not like a sterile medical exam room. This is truly a great clinic! Everyone who works here is amazing!

Dr. Naroo was instrumental in keeping my dog comfortable in his sunset days and giving him a peaceful journey to the afterlife. She currently cares for my three cats and I'm so grateful to have someone so kind and knowledgeable on my pets care team. She always makes time to see my pets and she spoke to me like a friend while talking me through the end of life process for my best friend. She is realistic, knowledgeable, and wise while simultaneously displaying compassion, empathy, and a kind heart. Dr. Naroo and her team are a blessing to animals, and her urgent care facility is a huge contribution to the city of Clarksville. I am forever grateful for her.

The experience of this office was amazing. From the time I walked in the front door through the treatment and the checkout process I am so grateful for them and the patients they took with my dog and the care they provided

I just took that ill siamese cat in to the urgent care this morning Saturday .This was my first experience at the clinic . I and my cat were warmly welcomed. My animal was completely compassionately and professionally treated by all the staff. The facility was home like and helped relax my cat. I could not recommend them more highly.
