Clinic personnel was very friendly and helpful. They treated my cat baby with gentleness and made sure I knew what was happening and what vaccines she was about to receive. You guys were awesome.

Today was my first time at the Animal Clinic and for my cat, Brie. I was totally impressed with this company. I didn’t have an appointment and they allowed me to be on their wait list. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Walter’s was great. Friendly and great at explaining each step and the expense too. They are my new go to place !!

Quick service, very nice staff, and my dog had a good time

I took my cat in here on Friday at around 930, the front desk staff are on par with what they are doing please keep it up! I will say the actual service was quite unsatisfactory as I left there without any answers to what is wrong with my pet. The pre check nurse was great the actual check up from the specialist was horrible to say the least. My cat was sat up on the exam table for no more than 3 minutes (and that’s being generous.) After that 3 minutes was up the specialist gave me medication and no further explanation as to what is going on with my pet. Previously I expressed my concerns about some behavioral things that I would’ve like some further elaboration on, but this was ignored as well. I feel like as a pet owners we should leave feeling confident that our pets will get better rather than having to worry about when they are going to get better. As of this present time my pets condition has worsened and the medication has had no effect on 2 days into using it. I would honestly like to see better come from this place. If you would like to speak to me personally about this matter as a business I would ask that you reach out.

I have been taking my pets there for a few years now. The front office staff and every vet that’s treated my pets has been kind. When we had to put down our elderly lab the staff was amazing. They gave us time to spend with her before we had to say goodbye. When her time came we were allowed to remain in the room with her for as long as we wanted. Recently my cat was injured and they took such good care of him. Sadly he didn’t recover but they honesty did everything they could. Every person I spoke with during the ordeal was kind and patient. I recommend them to anyone who wants their fur babies to be treated with the love and respect they deserve!
