I have found the staff to be extremely kind, caring, promptly responding to my communications and accommodating the restrictions in my schedule. In my opinion, the front office staff of any practice sets the tone for all subsequent interactions and these folks have been fabulous. We love everyone at Brentwood Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr. Gapstur! Any time we bring our dog Annabelle in, everyone in the office is so kind and always goes above and beyond to make sure she gets the best care possible! Really, we just can't say enough great things about everyone at Brentwood Veterinary Clinic!

After beeing a 10 year patient of Value Vet, we made the move to Brentwood Veterinary and could not have been happier. Our Dog, Charlie, is an older dog and we are trying to maintain his quality of life. The staff at BVC was amaizing and we felt at home right away. They kept us informed of how Charlie was doing and have been very communicative.

I want to say THANK YOU for providing excellent care to Arvy for the last 4 years. As a first time pet owner, Brentwood Vet is the only vet I've ever used. I chose them strictly due to proximity at the time, and we were very happy customers from Day 1. I really liked the office's close proximity to the interstate and how you accommodated us on short notice, but most importantly, how you treated us. We are sad that we are moving away.
