This was my first visit to Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital. I am relatively new to the area, and my neighbor recommended them to me. They are absolutely amazing!!! The staff and vets are kind, caring, friendly, and provided my puppy with great care. I am absolutely thrilled! Thank you so much for being a great vet clinic for my pets!!

Very nice facility and great staff. Our usually skittish cat was quite relaxed during the vet’s exam and vaccinations, and also while her nails were trimmed. We feel confident that our cat has received and will receive the best care in the area.

This was our first time going here, as we just moved, and I was very happy with the office as a whole. Staff was very friendly. Penny and I were placed in a room quickly and a tech was in shortly after. Penny has a few chronic issues that we’ve been managing, and they acknowledged that they’re managed well, and didn’t try to do more testing or change things up like other vets we’ve been to have done. I appreciate that they trusted my requests based on my dogs behavior and history. We will definitely continue to use Rocky Top as our vet, and will be bringing our other dogs in soon!

The staff at Rock Top is wonderful and they go out of their way to be kind and helpful. Both Drs. are very good and have helped my senior dog with her medical issues. The staff is top notch from the reception ladies to every vet technician. They really do their best for each and every patient. Highly recommend them.

We are new to the area and have just started coming to Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and also great at saying goodbye to our Molly by name, as we leave. The doctors and technicians are very thorough in their examination and treatment plan. With the lack of customer service in this world, it sure is refreshing to do business with this office.
