I was traveling on vacation with my dog when he had a medical condition. He was in need of medical attention so we could complete our journey home. We were near Rapid City and I opted to go with TLC Pet Hospital and couldn't have been happier with my decision. The staff understood my concerns and quickly worked us in to be seen by the vet. They showed great concern for my four legged family member. In all total, we were in and out in approximately one hour and i felt like my oet had received excellent attention and care. I was well pleased at how friendly and caring the entire staff was. Being a work in and someone they would probably never see again, they could have treated us in any manner but instead the entire staff was amazing. I even received a follow up call the next day from a staff member wanting to know how things were going. The staff at TLC absolutely are amazing

Diagnosis after testing, was correct and saved the life of My Sphynx, the Office staff was amazing, and treated my girl with much love and care, would recommend. Happy New Year.

The veterinarian and the technician were wonderful with my Rascal. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very glad they could fit me in on short notice.

Dr Burke and her staff were truly amazing with my Beared Dragon Finn, He was really sick, she sat down and took the time to explain what care we would have to give him and came to the decision that he was already suffering and we didn't want to put him through anymore 💔. Thank you for being so kind and staying late so my husband could be there so we could say goodbye.

Dr. Teets was spot on with our dogs diagnosis of Cushings disease. The med she prescribed has helped tremendously. She and her staff are caring professionals. She also did surgery on our little girl and took extremely good care of her. She called immediately when test results came in, we really appreciate her care. We would highly recommend TLC vet in Rapid City, SD.
