We have a rat named Charlie that unfortunately has made quite a few trips to the Vet. Dr.Falcon and the rest of the team are always so kind and gentle with my sweet boy and go above and beyond taking care of him. They make everything so easy and stress free. Absolutely recommend!

I've been to a few vets here in Rapid City. This is one i found best in the area. Dr. Falcon and Dr. Scott is wonderful. Dr. Scott was willing to do a surgery no one wanted to do, even the Vet ER, because they were uncomfortable because of where they had to operate. He succeeded and saved me from going to Denver when the surgery would have been 3 to 6 times as much depending on what they wanted to do.

As a military family that moves every couple of years, it’s always a little nerve racking finding a vet to care for our fur babies. Dr. Falcon and his staff are very professional, attentive, and willing to explain and provide their professional opinion. I appreciate the “alternative” medicine or therapy recommendations in conjunction with medication and/or surgery that they have provided us. They are usually always accommodating to my schedule. I couldn’t have navigated these past three years with my senior boys without them! Also the fish and turtle tanks entertain my husband. 🤣

Got vaccines here for our dog and she had a bad reaction. Called the vet back and they gave us advice and even let us come back same day just to check on her. Very friendly and great staff. Highly recommend!
