I called them last minute around 7 pm and they told me to come right away. I was greeted with friendly prompt service and they were compassionate about the loss of my baby. Fees and Service were appropriate and I would highly recommend.

Dr Christensen and staff were absolutely fantastic in helping us with our dog Harley who had an injured foot while we were on vacation. I just can't say enough how incredible this team was for us. The prescription prescribed worked as it was designed to do and our little buddy made a remarkable recovery. Rapid City SD is a wonderful place to visit and with caring people at this emergency vet clinic makes it even better. Thank you from Canada 🇨🇦

0/10. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! I am disgusted by the service here. The entire staff was incredibly rude! Anytime I asked a simple question of concern they didn’t bother to hide how annoyed they were, actually yelled at me, and didn’t show any real concern for the animals I brought in multiple times. I will never come here again for service, I’d rather drive up to Sturgis so my animals can see a vet who actually cares.
