I took my cat in today (Saturday) because Google told me they were an emergency vet. They are not, but they still took the time to provide care for my kitten who is suffering from a blockage in his urethra. The kindness and compassion they showed was second to none. They did all they were able to do and sent a referral to a 24 hour hospital. Will be transitioning to my primary vet!

This is by far the greatest vet in Rock Hill!!!! From Roxie, to all the vet techs, and Dr. Ferguson, you can't beat them. Dr. Ferguson took the time to explain everything about our dog to where we could understand. The care they all gave to my dog was exceptional!!!!!

We have been taking our pups and cat to RHAH for years and years. Dr. Ferguson has always been kind and honest and helpful. I highly recommend RHAH to people looking for a vet that cares and will treat them and their fur babies with respect and dignity.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service ive received recently. This place doesn't communicate well at all. They will force any type of service on your animal regardless if you refuse it. They over charger for service and very prejudice towards Africans americans. Ive address multiple concerns with this establishment & they completely disregard that felt uncomfortable with how the whole process was going. Ive been loyal to this ungrateful establishment for 2yrs. They will no longer be robbing me for my money.
