I wish I could rate higher than five stars for the team here, and they are truly a team. It’s evident in the way they do EVERYTHING; front desk to check-ups to surgery -and recently, saying goodbye. My Murphy gave me nearly twelve years of love and joy. Riverwalk’s Team saw us through good health and bad, and often shared personal experiences to ease the stress of procedures, decision-making, and the unknown. End of Life services - I am so grateful! The encouragement and support is invaluable as I navigate without my best friend at my side. Thank you for the phone calls. Thank you all for EVERYTHING. I've been bringing my dogs here since 2002. The most friendly and care doctors and assistants I've ever had. They treat my dogs as if they are their own family. When our two previous dogs time to pass on they were so compassionate and caring. Now with our two new fur animals I couldn't ask for a better group to take care of them. Highly recommend!

I took my fur baby in for what I thought would be a minor allergy visit—he acted like we were checking into a five-star hotel. The staff rolled out the red carpet, the vet handled his drama like a seasoned therapist, and within minutes, His Royal Itchiness was cured and ready for his close-up. He left smelling like a fancy candle and judging everyone from the back seat like nothing ever happened 😀 10/10 would absolutely let them treat & "pamper" him again 🐾

What can I say…. I trust both vets in this office with my “kids”. And that is no easy task!! Dr O Quinn is amazing… she always does what is best for the pet regardless if she has to cone in early, miss lunch, or stay late! She actually personally emails and calls me back with any question…. Try finding a more dedicated veterinarian around the area! Dr Mitchum has been “ allowed” to treat my dogs and perform sx on them… again I trust no one with Banx ever….. there is so much more I can write But thanks from my heart and my babies heart for doing what you do!

We have four cats and they all go here. We love the staff and the attention they give our kitties when we have to take them in. Recently, one of our cats(Biscuit) got really sick and was anemic. It was tou h and go for a few months but he made a full recovery and is back to his curious self. We are truly grateful to these wonderful people and will continue to go there as long as we live in the area. Update: Just going through reviews and giving an update. Unfortunately, Biscuit passed away a couple months after this post. It turned out he had an auto immune disorder and really his system was a ticking time bomb. The vet staff here did a fantastic job in comforting us after our loss, we loved everything they tried to do for our Biscuit. We still go there with our other 5 cats and we still talk about Biscuit (he had a fan club) Thanks guys for all you did and all you do
