The doctor here is great, he has pup skills and people skills, which is hard to find. Dr. Lemme is very kind and down to earth. Everything else here is mediocre. The location of this office is very easy to find but it is in the worst shopping center ever to bring animals. There is always a wait. To be seen, to pick up, and to check out. Always waiting here so make extra time for this place. The staff is hit or miss. Some nice and some have zero etiquette. Sometimes tactful and other times you can feel their job stress for them. I don't like that they take your pets in the back for everything. Personally I like to watch the doctor handle my pets and do the exam in the exam room with me. I paid decent money for one of my dogs to get an ear cleaning with a pedicure and he came back in the room with half his nails cut and his ears were still dirty. At any given time you can hear all the employees socializing in the back of the office. You have to wonder why service takes so long here. Some of the fees are fair, but overall we find it to be very expensive here.

I absolutely love this place. The veterinarians are always sure to answer my questions. The technicians are always mindful of how scary it is for my girl. They take great care to ensure she is the healthiest she can be and never overwhelm her. 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet. Melissa is my Katie's favorite. The health plans are great too!

I cannot say enough good about Banfield and Dr .Lemee .today was very hard for me and my Husband as we had to make a decision to have our little girl put to sleep. Our hearts are broken into.The staff took care of everything and made the process as easy as could be.. Dr.Lemee and Melissa went above and beyond to always answer any questions we had during the visits.. Continue to pray for us as wey try to heal. God bless these special people
