My first impression of Park West Vet is very positive. From the start, all communication with the team has been friendly, professional, proactive and informative for a new puppy owner. Our first appointment with Karen and Dr. Schmidt helped us make sure we are getting off to a great start and was very reassuring. We especially appreciated the time that they both took to answer all our questions and discuss our puppy's wellness care.

We are so thankful to all at Park West Vet … and especially Dr Matthews who has helped care for our senior kitty and dog … she has helped our sweet Bella's quality of life improve over the past few years and we will be forever grateful! The front office staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful …I have never once had an issue getting in for an apt and they have even waited on me at closing to pick up a prescription!

We are very pleased with the level of care given to our dog from Park West Veterinary. We appreciate that he is able to go right into an examining room rather than wait with other animals in the lobby. The facility is spotless. A clean bowl of water is waiting for him in the exam room. Dr. Decker is very knowledgable and vet techs Alice and Hailey Grace couldn't have been any nicer. We are happy to have such a great practice so close to home!

The team at Park West Veterinary has been incredible. Charlie is our first pet and I've had so many questions and they answer them in detail which I appreciate so much. Absolutely love everyone that we have spoken to. Bravo! The fact that they listen to me and explain everything in detail.

I would trust every staff member with all 5 of my animals! They treat our pets like their own and take extra measures to ensure our pets are as calm as possible. We received regular updates from the vet techs and Dr. Schmidt during our kitten's hospital stay, and we were comforted to know that she was in great care. Our senior dog Ranger looks forward to his monthly acupuncture appointment with Dr. Decker, and gets excited to know he will be seeing Dr. Butler for his wellness visits. We love PWVA!
