The location of the clinic is convenient between Highway 17 and Coleman Boulevard off Northcutt. Easy to find. Suite E. Registration was quick, concise, and we were taken to a very comfortable private room. We met with the nurse. The interview was very professional and to the point. Very friendly and sweet towards us and our pets. Next we met with the veterinarian who examined our dog who had been bitten. Their evaluation was spot on and treatment was rendered quickly.. By comparison to other urgent care center or veterinary emergency room, the cost was quite reasonable. Medication’s were sent to the pharmacy, we were contacted the following day regarding our pets progress and we are quite satisfied. I would highly recommend acute pet urgent care center.

We brought our cuddles in to be seen and it was the most fun, professional, caring , kind welcoming experience ever ! I highly recommend bringing your babies here to be seen . They made our cat feel safe, loved and cared for! Thank you Acute Pet Urgent Care ! The Doctor and nurses were absolutely fantastic! Thank you all for such Amazing support..

5 stars all the way around! Licensed vet tech Jessica H. took care of me from my phone call, to the welcome, to the entire appointment. You can absolutely tell she loves what she does and cares about your furbaby. She truly understands they are not just pets, but a part of your family. Jessica was at a primary vet clinic I went to for 13 years and has ALWAYS given the best care. Acutepet urgent care is lucky to have her. Dr Yates was so nice and professional and really helped put my mind at ease. We brought my dog, Bojoe, (who mind you is NOT easy at the vet) and they were very kind and patient with him and us. Dr. Yates immediately reached out to the eye specialist my dog is being treated at and let her know what was going on. If I ever find myself needing an urgent care vet again I will absolutely trust acute urgent care with my babies (cat and dog) highly recommended and will tell all my friends and family about them!!!! Also would like to add how clean the office is. Kudos and 5 stars all around.

Spastic shepherd approves! The hospital is exceptionally clean and so bright and cheerful. The staff is kind and attentive and greeted my guy like a long lost friend. My typically nervous and cautious guy felt very at ease here and enjoyed all the special attention he received! The prices are reasonable and there was no wait! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone!

I love this place it was my first time brining my dog here and I wish I could use them as my everyday vet too, they are so sweet, caring, and gently love your animal. Not only do they work with you and have good prices they talk everything out to develop the best care plan that you like and fully understand, you won’t leave without knowing everything. Everyone is so hands on and deliberate! And a special thank you thank you to vet tech Nicole, you made my Jewels feel so loved and not anxious or afraid and made me feel super involved in her care and thank you to stand in Dr. James jewels loved you as well and helped us understand everything going on! Big big thanks to Acute vet!! Thank you guys!!!
