So happy I found this gem of a place! Dr. Fuller and the vet tech (I believe her name was Niki—so sorry if that’s not right!!) were incredible with my antsy cat. The receptionist was super sweet as well and went out of her way to schedule my other cat. The care here is professional and affordable. If you have a cat in Charleston, this is THE place to go. Also, the shop cat is an extra serotonin boost!

They did such a great job handling my cat and talking me through what he needed for his dental. They also listened to me and my concerns financially and we were able to work out a plan that gets the work done and also doesn't bankrupt me. After the appointment the vet took his time to talk to me and make sure I understood everything and was satisfied. I never felt as though it was devious or condescending just people who genuinely love cats. I'm about to switch all of my cats over to this vets office because of the special care the vet took when handling my cat and giving a thorough examination.

Dr. Fuller, Niki and Rita really caring people. They have a calming and supportive place for our babies. We started bringing our pets here 6 years ago when we moved from Atlanta. The relationship has only grown in a positive direction. I am confident your kitties will thrive here.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fuller and his crew! I would give them 10 stars if I could! My little man Grey came down with a URI - so I gave them a call & they were able to get us in within an hour due to a cancellation! They're wonderful with all three of my cats. (& one of my boy's is extra spicy to say the least) I truly appreciate that they perform the exam in the room with me instead of taking my cat to the back. I always feel like Dr. Fuller takes the time to thoroughly examine my fur babies. He also is wonderful at fully explaining and discussing any concerns I may have about my cats.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Fuller and the care given by everyone at Cats Only. This is the first time someone ever took a full hour with my cat and examined her from head to toe. (She got a better physical then I ever have! lol) not only that, Dr. Fuller was able to get my cats diabetes under control by change of diet and we were able to get her off insulin after being told by another vet this was the only option. Tears come to my eyes I am so thankful. I truly believe under their care my cat has another chance at a healthy life. Thank you guys so much ❤️
