The staff and doctors here are the best! They take my pup's reactivity seriously (its been difficult for us to find animal care places that do) and treat him with so much love! We've been on-and-off through the years due to my dog being quite a wrinkly breed and needing repeat procedures, but I know he will forever be greatful for how much effort everyone here puts in to his care!

My chihuahua has been under their care for over two years. After many vet appts., I was so frustrated with reports of eye infections, allergies, all of which were not accurate. One visit to the doctors at the Ladson office, they discovered she was blind in the right eye!! The care and attention she received was incredible. Though she lost her eye, the doctors and staff were thoughtful, kind and made me feel assured and confident in their abilities and recommendations. My elderly sweetheart began eating better, playing more and living her best life. Daisy is now 15 and I believe their care has led to her healthy longevity!

The team here is truly wonderful. Our senior dog, at over 15 years old, had a growth on his third eyelid. Dr. Hefner and staff took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, including the potential risks if we decided on surgery. As the mass continued to grow, we ultimately chose to proceed with the operation. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly kind, considerate, and supportive. Thanks to their expertise and compassionate care, everything went smoothly, and our little guy is doing well. I would highly recommend them to anyone whose pet is experiencing eye issues. Their professionalism and empathy made all the difference!

Came off ass very nice ppl but I mentioned insurance and verbal estimate went from 1200 to over 3k which is what the insurance would max if they would of covered it
