THE BEST EVER! I went through a rough experience before being seen here and let me tell you. They were so understanding and thoughtful. They fixed the situation with my sweet girl and was just so calming and helpful the whole way through. the entire staff was so great and loving! Dr. Weatherly deserves a medal for being the one of the best Vets in the upstate. I am so grateful and this visit was very worth the drive from Greer. the Technicians were wonderful and so was the front desk woman, very great staff! I will be coming here from now on for any emergency needs!

Our first time using this emergency vet was amazing! I called ahead because our pup ingested something toxic. They were waiting for us when we arrived and took our baby right in. Everyone was attentive and welcoming! Our pup had to spend the night and they wanted us to see where we would be to put our mind at ease. They kept us updated on his progress and took such great care of him! What i loved about them was that they didn't want to do unnecessary tests and they really worked to help make the bill affordable. I would highly recommend this emergency clinic! One of the best I have been too!!

My sweet Raven passed away suddenly. The team at creature comforts were very compassionate as they guided me through the overwhelming difficult time. I'm not sure of her name but I'm very thankful for the lady that took the time to try to explain to me what had happened to cause Raven to pass away and that there was nothing that I could have done to change the outcome. The whole staff were very compassionate and it really seemed like they cared about Raven. Thank y'all for helping me when my precious baby crossed the rainbow bridge

This place is fantastic. They were so good with Piper. They were all very patient with her and asked a lot of questions and when they were going to do something they told me first what they were gonna do. In and out of there fast and the place was very clean. I will use them again for sure.

The team at Creature Comforts Animal Emergency were truly a blessing during a traumatic time for my pet and I. They quickly helped my pet receive the urgent care he needed, but were also great with keeping me updated with the plan of care. Everyone was so kind and caring as well. Honestly, everyone was truly outstanding. The vet techs were outstanding with helping me get my 80+lb injured dog out of my car and getting him back to be triaged urgently. The front desk concierge made the check in process easy and was kind and thoughtful. The Doctor was calm and reassuring while providing updates and the plan of care. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was even offered the chance to say goodbye to my fur baby before leaving him for overnight care, without me having to ask. Words cannot express my gratitude. What I appreciated most is the outstanding care and attention my pet received, as well as the kindness and compassion of staff.
