Had a horse down with possible colic and called Dr. Privett. Owner in tears. He said he wasn't coming - to find another vet - and that was it. Could have been handled with more compassion even if he was truly unable to help.

While Chapin Vets said they didn't provide care to chickens, they pointed to Dr Sarah Scott, mobile vet, who immediately saw my chick. If not for Chapin Vets assistance my hen might not be alive now.

We loved Dr. Hoback, but now we have Dr. Melissa and still get the same great care for all our horses. Wouldn't recommend anybody else.
