I had my frist visit and I am impressed. Customer service: my memory is like a goldfish. Pretty sure I jacked up the time to come in for the appointment but they worked with me so he could be seen for his issue that was making him very uncomfortable. They were very understanding about it. Everything they did was done with patience and a smile. I told them I have issues giving him eye drops and they demonstrated how to put them in. My pup has alot of anxiety and he did well leaving the car with them and I was told inside which is a good sign. There was no reactivity with my pup. They even provided me with some brief education/ explanation of some of his behaviors due to his breed. Affordability: I was waiting to hear something in the $200s for what he needed done but it was wayyy more Affordable than that. I plan on making this my pups new vet! Already started telling my coworkers about it :-)
