How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Mt Holly Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

It was time for.Cypress and Peanuts to get thete yearly checkup. While waiting to go back a few big dogs came in to get thete checkup as well to make all animals feel comfortable we were taking back right away. We have been taking our cats hate for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly and always takes time to show best attention to your pets

I’ve been using Mt. Holly vet for several years. The staff are professional, courteous, and genuinely care about me and the care of my dog. I highly recommend Dr. Winn and his staff to anyone looking for a good veterinarian.

Always taken great care of my animals! The staff is friendly and accommodating to anything your pet needs. As long as I am able to be here I’ll take my pets to them. Even when living away I’ve found a way to bring them back here

We wanted to reschedule our dogs surgery and because of that they just cancelled and charged $150 for cancellation. Wasn’t aware of the charge until coming in to pick up monthly flea medicine. Couldn’t get the medicine due to the charge that no one there called or brought to our attention. The blonde lady got very snappy and raised her voice at me when I was trying to calmly talk to her about the miscommunication. So instead of trying to help she gathered all my pets records and told us to go elsewhere. Horrible customer service and highly don’t recommend this shady place.

Terrible service. Will ask you to pay for prescription fee, then they don't want to approve the prescription. Also, gave us allergy medicine for our dog for $60+ when we could purchase them at Walmart rx for $3.
