Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance

Best staff and vet around. They truly love and care for their clients and go above and beyond for everyone. My dog always enjoys seeing them!

DON'T TAKE PETS HERE! First just let me say my family and I have been going here for years and we have plenty of ups and downs with Dr. Mayfield. He does not seem to truly care for animals and is always quick to suggest putting them down. My family has had two dogs pass away here. I had a mini dachshund pass away here two days ago after surgery. The doctor made sure to get every dollar and cent for the surgery BEFORE I could pick up my dogs body. Also tried to charge me over 100$ for a CPR fee and tried to charge 200$ for cremation that wouldn't of been done until the following Monday. He has rightfully earned the nick name "dog killer" in my family. Do not take any animals here, you may regret it forever like me.

I would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option. I got my cat spayed here last week. They didn’t give her any kind of pain medication & didn’t offer me a cone. The ONLY aftercare I was given was AND THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE LADY AT THE DESK “leave her in the carrier till the morning and don’t give her dinner tonight the anesthesia makes them act wonky” they gave me my cat & I left. I’ve since contacted 2 different vet offices & they both said that while cones are more optional they always administer pain medication. Both said that it is very important for their healing process bc it helps keep them from licking bc it won’t hurt/itch. I had to google aftercare bc I thought it was weird they didn’t tell me anything. It has been 8 days since her surgery. 2-3 stitches popped by day 6 & I will be taking her to a different vet to get it fixed. no where on my receipt does it have any kind of pain medication listed, not an injection or a prescription that (I thought maybe in the hustle & bustle it was forgotten) but no. $250 just for me to have to bring my poor fur baby back to a vet to get her done right.
