Always a great visit, staff is friendly and Dr Charles is the best. I drive to Westside from Marion that is how much I trust dr Charles and if he happens to be in a emergency his wife is also a vet and is the best substation. The Hewitts take time to address your concerns and they make you feel that they are there just for you, never hurry you out of the room to get to the next patient. I only wish I had them in Marion cause we have no vet here.

Took our doggie here to get established. Everyone was friendly, and Dr. Sam gave us great suggestions of what to feed our dog & what to gove him in the way of supplements. We are very pleased with Westside & Dr. Sam.

Felt at ease with taking our new fur baby to Westside. Everyone was so nice and treated Our Baby, Zoe so special! We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went and are looking forward to our return visits!!

Absolutely the best in town. If not the country treated with respect every single time no matter how much their load is they always have that good demeanor. I wish all professionals were this way but west side is born on the very best in my mind through my experience over the years with every vet in town. I rescue and breed Boykin spaniels so I'm in the office quite often and have never had a bad experience now I didn't always get the news I wanted about my pet, but I was told the truth, and we can only live with the truth, I can truly say they're not my veterinarians. They are my friends as an extended family with no relations whatsoever.
