I got a new golden retriever puppy at the end of June. This is my first pet that’s not a family dog so I have been anxious, paranoid, and nervous about what to do, where to do it, how to do it. Thanks to PVG, literally all my worries are gone. They pick up the phone quick to answer any questions I have and stayed in touch when she was having health problems while we were out of town. They are extremely flexible, knowledgeable, and so happy to help and I literally could not thank them enough. I love them because they love her. ❤️

Today I brought my sweet Chevy Laine into the office for his check up and heart worm meds. Iwe absolutely love this place. They're so friendly and take time with him. Chevy has very high anxiety and doesn't like to be separated from me as he is also being trained as my service dog. They make sure he is able to stay right with me at all times. I'm so thankful we found this office after moving here from Louisiana. Chevy and I are both happy.

pinnacle was recommended to me by our behavioral trainer and i literally could not be happier with my choice to make the switch over to them! dr. wilson is amazing and really listens to everything i tell her; my dog is very skeptical of new people and very easily set off, but they have been very understanding and more than accommodating every time—i can honestly even tell that my dog is genuinely comfortable there. the rest of the staff is also always kind and welcoming, it’s a great (and reasonably priced) place overall and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet! thank you for all you guys do and for helping me and lady out! :)

Our brand new St Bernard puppy was well received; not surprising as they usually are! I must say though that Pinnacle has made an amazing first impression with our family! Taking time in the midst of a busy practice to share their knowledge and listen to concerns as well as LOVE on every pet that entered the practice. We are so pleased and happy to have found you!

Making the switch to Pinnacle has been the best decision for our dog. They are so kind and gentle with him and understand how to help him through his nervousness. 5 stars aren't enough. Yost has gotten so much more confident with every visit.
