Dr. Tope has helped me several times over the years with exotic pets. He helped me with a bearded dragon, a leopard gecko and my cockatiel. I hope he sees this video. This was right after we got home after getting Mavis's leg band removed. Her mind was blown that it was gone and she's much more comfortable now. I have some other exotic pets but these are the only one's I've had to take to the vet because I could tell something wasn't right and I needed help. I think he clued in that I had multiple with the leopard gecko because he asked if everyone else was acting normal. I didnt feel judged though. I actually feel welcome and comfortable here. Keeping exotics is a side hobby for me and having a vet who can help in the area is reassuring. When I first tried finding a vet to help over a decade ago, I had to call several places before I was referred here. He was new to it at the time but he still did his best to help us. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the professionalism from the moment I walked in the door! The entire experience with the staff and Dr, Finke was great he educated and answered all my questions, they addressed all my concerns, the facility was clean and presented well. I have never been to an office that gave such care, info and fair pricing in a minimal amount of time. Will be bringing all my animals and telling my friends and family. I can not say enough, thank you.

I am beyond grateful for the staff at this clinic. The receptionists, vet techs and vets have all been incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We made Electric City our primary vet in 2025 and it was the best decision we could have made. Dr. Tope is who we typically see. He (and the techs) were SUPER patient with our fearful dog. They got down in the floor with her and worked at her pace. I am especially grateful they see chickens, bunnies and parrots as we have all of those in addition to our dogs so, it’s helpful to have one vet who can treat them all. I can’t say enough good things about Electric City!

I had an excellent experience at this animal clinic. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and professional from the moment we walked in. They treated my dog, Summer, with genuine care and took the time to answer my questions and make sure she received the treatment she needed. Even when I had to bring her back later that day because I was concerned about a reaction, they took her seriously, examined her promptly, and gave me peace of mind. Their patience, knowledge, and love for animals really showed. I’m so thankful for the care they provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about both pets and their owners. Thank you for taking such great care of Summer!

Everyone from the front desk, techs and Dr. Mark have been absolutely amazing providing the best care for my dog. I can’t thank you enough for the care, empathy and kindness. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
