We travel for work and have been in the area for about a year and a half. Of all the vets we've been to (there have been quite a few), this is by far our most favorite place to take our fur babies. They are always so attentive and willing to do whatever they can to make sure you and your pets are cared for. Seriously the kindest staff ever and we're so grateful for them.

Our family is so happy to have found Richmond Vet Clinic. Every single person who works there is kind and cares for both you and your pet. Having just gone through the end of life process with our dog, I can say that I wouldn't have wanted to go through that experience anywhere else. From diagnosis, to treatment, to panicked phone calls, to the final day; we were all cared for and treated with respect and kindness. Thank you all!

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love this place? I have been going there for 20 plus years. They have the best people! Terry, Casey, and Dr. Amanda. Everybody is fantastic and funny!! Always take great care of all my pets needs. I would never go anywhere else!🐾🐾❤️

Dr. Burbank and staff are excellent. They give our dog and cat great care.

We are new to the area. This was my first visit here with my pup. I was able to get in the day after I called at a time that worked for me. I was sitting in the waiting room and the dr came out and introduced herself to me, Dr Amanda Burbank. She was great with my Goldendoodle. She took the time to explain every shot, the price and the reason it was needed! I've never had a vet be so helpful and upfront. Her assistant was also helpful and they worked well together. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Richmond Vet Clinic.
