I brought my dog in to assess her ear infection. She was seen by a vet that I had never met before and who was delightful as well as thorough. I never go to the vet in the evening so I was not familiar with any personnel. I brought my dog out to the car and opened the hatchback so she could have a drink and in doing so put the keys down in the car. The car had been locked and as I closed the back I realized I was in trouble. The car was locked, the keys were in the car and it was about 80 degrees . I went inside and asked them to call AAA. Three of those at the desk made numerous calls trying to get someone to come ( quickly) due to the danger of my dog being in the hot car. I was so shaken up at this time that I was unable to think clearly but the staff had taken over the situation. Within 5 minutes a truck from Northups pulled up and opened the car for me. The staff had all come outside and the vet checked her out to make Sure she wasn’t too stressed. Someone else brought her some fresh water and checked with me to make sure I was ok. I couldn’t have been better taken care of . Thank you all . Jane and Lulu

Always a pleasure in a very pet friendly environment. Dr Correnti always returns calls or contacts me with my cat’s bloodwork results when he says he will. The staff are pleasant, courteous and always patient.

Went to the wakefield office for yearly exam and shots for both dogs. Front desk friendly and helpful. Dr. was great, found Lyme in both dogs. Got exam shots and out in timely manner. All people are great.

Great visit as always. They take the time to listen to what concerns you have. Dr Otis greats our dog as if it was his own, and that makes us and Anakin very happy. They accommodated our schedule and made helpful suggestions.
