From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and that our pets needs we're important to them as much as to us. The young man at the front desk on Sunday June 8 was so pleasant and he was the person I spoke to on the phone before coming. He has such a calming smile and he made me feel like he cared for my dog as much as I did. Thank you! I was treated like family even though it was my first time coming. Everyone was so caring and informative

I 1000% would return to this office and recommend to others. Every interaction we had during our visit was above expectations, the staff is kind and professional and we were seen quickly. As a first time dog parent in an emergency situation I really appreciated the empathetic response from the staff, I feel as though all of my questions were answered and my anxiety calmed. When it came time to pay I was anticipating 3x what we were charged, I think the value for the care we received after hours at an urgent care office was incredible.

Excellent. The staff was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable, caring, treated us with empathy and respect. The attention and care my dog was given all during his overnight stay was first class. I would absolutely recommend Metropolitan.
