Caring knowledgeable staff. Dr Deanna was wonderful with my kitten, Pickles and when we had our elderly cat Simon PTS. She was very compassionate and understanding and was in no way condescending about the condition he was in. I've had vets be very judgemental about elderly animals being thin or not in perfect condition because we waited for the animal to tell us it was time. Dr Deanna wasn't like that at all and it was very refreshing.

We vetted with Dr Phil for years and loved his care. Unfortunately we recently had a terrible experience when a farm animal underwent elective surgery, and bled to death later that night. It was a different vet from this practice. We were left to clean up the bloody barn and dispose of the dead animal, and while they did finally agree to forego the bill for the botched surgery, they did not offer to compensate us for the loss of our alpha male who kept the herd safe and cost a pretty penny when we purchased him. Just unfortunate all around.
