The woman they have answering their phones could stand to learn a thing or two about how to speak to people! I was trying to make an appointment to bring 2 cats in to be declawed, which would have cost me $900. However, I tried asking for an appointment on any Monday in the month that worked with their schedule & she got VERY rude with me & told me maybe I should call back when I’m ready to make an appointment? She then hung up on me with no appointment booked. If I’m going to spend almost $1,000 somewhere, it won’t be here.

This place is great! My cat was bitten by a dog and my regular vet wasn’t available. After calling a couple other vets, who couldn’t see my cat, I called H and S and they said I could bring my cat right over. The vet and the all staff were awesome! They were friendly, treated my cat well, and got him on the track to getting better.

We took our cat her for declaw a year ago only to find out today that she wasn't properly declawed and still has the third phalange on 7 of her 10 toes..
