Brought Pepper the cat in for his yearly and as always a pleasure. This place is very nice, clean, and the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond making sure the patient and customer are respected. I wish all medical professionals had the manners that the staff has here! Dr. Nelson is extremely polite and his affection for animals really shines. Also Sierra did an amazing job and made friends with Pepper instantly. Pepper came right out of his carrier which showed he felt safe and in good hands. He even purred during examination! If you are looking for a Veterinary service to treat you and you animals right, this is the place.

Everyone there cared for my dog Mali with compassion and care. She was diagnosed with Tcell lymphoma and the entire staff for the duration of our care was incredible (and even before) and they were very flexible with getting us in when needed.

They are so good with the pets. My Marley warmed right up to them on her very first visit. She has had some veterinarian experiences in the past as she is a rescue. So she was a little leery. They even have her a little banana for being a good girl. 😊

We bring our big frantic dog here for visits, and she does well. The bill is always a shock, but worth every bit of the costs to get great caring service for your pet. I hope they retain this level of service forever.

I recently switched to Valley Vet because my dogs weren't getting good care. Dr. Nelson handles my dogs with care, compassion, and unmatched patience. With 4 dogs I frequent the vet office. Staff greet me and my dogs by name. My dogs love Valley Vet because they have (healthy) treats! I love Valley vet because they are kind, quick to get appointments, capable of more procedures than other vets. my dog had 3 teeth removed after several other vets declined the surgery. Not only did my dog get quality care (in less than a week!!!) The staff truly cared about her through her recovery. The standard of care Dr. Nelson and the staff uphold is reassuring. Their prices are much more reasonable than other vets in the area and they are better equipped than most local vets.
