Amazing office and staff. They were able to accommodate me when my German Shepherd needed to be seen quickly. I have now found a new veterinarian office for both of my dogs! The staff is amazing with the animals and also with their human companions. They take time to make sure you understand what to expect and how to make everything better. Plus they even called to check in to see if my shepherd was doing ok the next day after her appointment which just shows they care about the animals they treat. 🥰 I highly recommend this office!

I got my boy almost 7 years ago and really didn't know where to take him for veterinary treatment. I picked a place and wasn't really happy. It wasn't clean and I always felt rushed when I took him there. My neighbor told me about Big Rock and I tried them out. We loved it. Most every time we go there either the vet or the assistant (or both) gets down on the floor and plays with Rupert. I believe their care is very thorough and they are always quick to respond to any of my concerns.

You can tell when people genuinely love pets. That sums up the people at Big Rock Veterinary Hospital. You can tell they really care and do an excellent job of making the pet and owner comfortable. Excellent service. Maverick doesn't mind leaving work and going to the vet.

These folks are the best!!! So caring and efficient, going out of their way to give their best effort to our pets, even in their last moments with us. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of our beloved Lucy when we suddenly lost her at age 23. Words are not enough.

They always take such good care of our cats here. Super nice and friendly staff. They're very informative and always happy to talk things over with you. It's easy to see how much they care about their furry clients. The dental technician really seems to know her stuff, and I love that she was the one to call with updates during one of our cat's dental procedure. It gave me a lot of comfort getting to talk to the person actually doing the dental work. I definitely feel good about our decision to bring our cats to Big Rock.
