How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The veterinarians at this facility are the best! I trust them with my fur babies. They offer help and advice on raising them. Everyone I know brings their pets here!

I recently had to bring my elderly bulldog in for emergency euthanasia and not only did they fit me in immediately, but she and I were treated with such compassion and kindness. I was not an established client, but it was as if they’d been seeing her for years. I will definitely return for care with my other dogs as my current veterinarian is retiring.

There is nothing worse than sitting in a lobby with an anxious pooch, but luckily, Stoney Creek takes appointments, and they are always on time. I don't think we have waited more than 5 minutes. Ever. The front desk staff, vet tech's and doctors are super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have put my trust in them for 6 years now, and I have never been let down. Thank you!
