My newest velcro dog, Woody, was recently neutered at Moon Veterinary Hospital. His procedure went so well I was surprised to receive a call about 3 hours after I dropped him off telling me he was wide awake and ready to be picked up. Apparently, Woody didn't like his kennel. The next day, the hospital followed up via text to see how Woody was doing, and I was told I could increase his gabapentin to sedate him. It's been a week, and Woody is doing great. The care he received at the facility was great.

The people who work at veterinary hospitals are always under a lot of pressure. Everyone at Moon vet are always compassionate and caring with my animals. I can assure you when someone loses a pet they take that grief home with them at night even though they know they gave it their best. If I had any doubts of their excellence I would not trust them with my pride and joy my little buddy and sidekick Mohawk Maxx! I have full confidence in them. However Max was a little upset with them when they told him he had to quit smoking, drinking Jack Daniels and riding his Harley because of his health and his age.

Actually, I already recommended to my friend and she was there for her dog’ neutered. We appreciate Moon vet assistance these three years to Bingo, Drei and Cola , since we move to the area. Dr Foreman is an outstanding doctor, very much appreciated. The only thing we wish to better only waiting time, can be hid and missed. Overall , we absolutely will recommend moon vet to our network. Again, thanks so much!

Very nice place. I enjoyed the paintings on the walls and the open feeling of the reception area. While in the private rooms there was not much of a wait. They looked over my cats and got us all figured out pretty quickly. There were some waiting moments between getting into the private room and then checking out at reception. That could have been from it being our first visit there. Overall friendly staff, clean facility, decent times in and out.

When our elderly dog began having stomach issues and became a picky eater, we tried to schedule an appointment but were unable to get one for MONTHS. When I called to explain the urgent situation and that we needed a sooner appointment, I was told to call back in the morning to try to get a same day sick appointment (as they are first come, first serve). The next morning we called and there was no answer. We tried again the next day. Once again, there was no answer. We left messages both times, they never returned our call. Yesterday, our beloved dog passed away just days before that appointment we booked (for months later). Her death was unexpected, and very uncomfortable. I full heartedly blame this vet for not getting back to us after we left multiple messages. Please do better for other patients. (I added some photos, not to support my review, but in memory of our dog, Faith💛)
