Unfortunately we will not go back to Willow Mill. They have cared for all of our pets since 1994 but the practice is no longer a friendly, personable experience for the pet owner or the pet. If you are a vet, you should at least act like you enjoy working with families and their pets. Tech took my cat to the back in the carrier. Who knows how they treated her. I had never seen the vet before so didn't even know her. She never introduced herself. She really had no interest in establishing any type of rapport with me so I can only imagine how she related to my cat. Why not go back to social distancing...pick up my pet in the parking lot and send me the report in the portal. Skip the entire interpersonal aspect of a "visit". Very cold, impersonal experience. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Willow Mill.

I brought my puppy in my her first vet appointment. I had scheduled the appointment a couple weeks in advanced and was called the day before to be told that my appointment time was changed. It ended up working out well for me but I wasn't asked if I could move my time just told they had overbooked and I was scheduled for a different appointment time. Besides that, the staff and vet were very friendly and (as expected) loved on my puppy which she greatly enjoyed.

Very satisfied with the care our pet receives. They are very good at working with the pet owners as well. The staff are genuine pet lovers and always treat our dog with excitement. I have not had a bad experience with any of the doctors .

I have been in different places with my dogs, I finally can say that I found the place I was looking for. Good attention, professionals, care about the pets, and the most important they experience with the sickness of the pets. Try it and you will see for yourself.
