Did not have the best experience here. I know the vet is expensive, however this felt a bit much. Dr. Graham is kind and answered my questions while making my cat comfortable. I feel like the customer service/front desk could improve. On multiple occassions with different employees I felt judged and received some sass when asking simple questions. Finding another vet.

Our little fur ball had been a rescue and part of our family for over twenty years. For a good part of that time she was taken care of by Dr. Graham, who has to be the most caring, gentle, compassionate person and vet there ever was. Today was the day our fur ball passed over the Rainbow Bridge. It was time. Dr Graham made the procedure as comforting as possible for us and painless for the fur ball. Thank you Dr Graham! May you continue your service for our pets for a long time.

Called for a euthanasia appointment and was told they aren't accepting any new clients because of a shortage of Vets. Even though this is "obviously the ONLY appointment", the answer was still no. No compassion, do not recommend.

I can't even begin to give enough praise to this practice and all the employees and vet techs. I have had five dogs and they have cared for and loved each one so much. And they have been with us even when they crossed over. Our current pup was in for testing all day today and was so well taken care of all day. I thank all of them for making everything better.
