First time pet owner. have been going there for 5 years now and have never been disappointed in the service. I may have to wait to get in at times but the prices are reasonable and I never feel they push extra services or try to pad the bill. Dr. DeMarco is excellent with the follow up phone calls and never seems rushed to get off the phone. She is very receptive to all questions. Have a little Yorkie mixed breed. They have treated her from everything from infected bites to minor eye surgery. Would highly recommend them.

They were amazing with my bunny, Fred. And very affordable it was only $200 to get him fixed. Definitely would recommend them!

Very nice staff. Very knowledgeable. Extremely affordable. I felt very comfortable leaving my bun with them. I trust them fully. They also came highly recommended. I drove all the way from East side of Erie and it was worth it in every way.

I have been going to McKean Vet for years and have always loved them and the Excellent care the doctors and assistants give. Recently I have noticed that familiar faces that have been there for so long are gone and the new check in staff at the front is not as friendly so that is disappointing. I had an apt the other day and front-end staff did not even acknowledge me or make eye contact once. Yet another place where customer service is lacking. I will continue to go here because the Vets are wonderful and know my animals but miss the friendly staff!

They are always very attentive and handle my animals with care, even though my animals are not very nice to staff. Have been taking my animals to them for years and will never go anywhere else!!!
