Dr Victoria came after hours on a Sunday to help us say goodbye to our dog, Vegemite. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I felt like we were respected, but most importantly, so was Vegemite. For one of the hardest days of my life, I’m glad Dr Victoria was there for us.

When the day came to put our 13 year old baby boy Reese to rest Dr Victoria made his transition to the Rainbow bridge as comfortable as possible. She is so compassionate and explained everything in full detail every step of the way. She treated Reese like he was her own. In an emotional and stressful situation Dr Victoria and Christy went above and beyond.

Dr Victoria helped us say goodbye to our 14 year old cat, Sami, in the most compassionate and gentle way. We will forever be grateful for how gentle and caring she was for our little girl. A paw-shaped hole has been left in our hearts but we are comforted in knowing that Sami is resting easy.

What a wonderful service Dr Victoria and Buffalo & Beyond provided for us when we had to say goodbye to our girl. When Dr Victoria came to our home, her genuine compassion and the care she took explaining each step of the process to us meant a great deal. Even Trixie gave a little tail wag, almost as if she knew Dr Victoria was there to help her not be in pain anymore. Easing Trixie across the Rainbow Bridge from home was the ideal way to say goodbye to our goodest girl. We went by last night to bring her back home and all I can say is I was almost in tears, not in sadness but because of how beautiful their handling of Trixie was from the day we said goodbye to when we picked up her cremains and mementos. Top tier.

Dr. Victoria was professional, kind, and respectful during a very difficult time. She explained everything clearly, treated our pet Colby with great gentleness, and created a calm, comfortable environment at home.
