Lack of communication. Was contacted 3 times via telephone; I called back and they told me that it was to remind me of my dog’s appointment. I arrived a few minutes late then was told that my dog was not due for her yearly appointment until September. Therefore, after fighting my way through traffic just to be told that I needed reschedule. Last time I was there, my other dog Coquito had major bruising on his neck after getting nails cut. Don’t know what happened to this place.

Secretary is super rude and ignorant, was beyond disrespectful when I walked in. I was dealing with an emergency with my pet and she just didn’t care if my pet was fine and completely dismissed the emergency. I spend way too much money on my pet at this veterinarian to have an assistant secretary speak down at me. Completely unprofessional.

First time pet owners and cannot say enough about World of Animals and their staff. With the current pandemic, we haven't been able to come into the office and meet with anyone face to face but the staff, especially Char, have been super professional, helpful and patient with all of our questions & care. I feel like I know Char and team personally. Recently, Parker was neutered here and the entire team from start to finish did a great job with him . Again, everyone was helpful and detailed with care and the procedure went well. THANK YOU-THANK YOU!!! highly recommend this team of professionals!
