My regular veneration closed permanently and I needed a med refill for my older cat. The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!

My second visit. The Dr. Gave great recommendations my first visit that helped my cat lose 2 pounds over the course of a year without having him feel starved. Brought a second cat this time and they got shots they both needed for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and they sell toys for animals in store that are cheap. My girlfriend has gone to this same vet since she was young and had nothing but positive experiences here. Despite living closer to other vets I go out of my way to go to this one because it has consistently been quick, affordable and my cats respond well to how he handles them.

Dr kapolka and his staff are always helpful. Been bringing my pets here for the last 22 years. Even when I moved out of delco, I would travel for visits, as no other vet compares to Dr. Kapolka. Everyone is always so friendly and great with my pets, even when my older cat is grumpy and not the easiest to deal with.

Totally amazed! They literally brought my cat back from deaths door and treated him and my husband that brought him in wonderfully! They really care there!!! and the costs are reasonable. Thank you Dr Kapolka and his daughter for being so kind and helping Meow Meow- vet for life! and thank you for working with us. Your kindness is rare these days and we truly appreciate you both from the bottom of our hearts.

Fast, clean and family oriented! My puppy was ill and Bywood took very good care of him. They were able to pinpoint his health issues and had a plan of action! He's doing much better now and we will be back! Thank you 💙
