I had to euthanize my dog, which was a very emotional decision. The staff and doctor were phenomenal with Rocky's care and also my well being. They sent me a sympathy card with Rocky's paw print and hand signed the card. I received his ashes in a beautiful wooden box and the staff was so understanding when I picked him up. I am so thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

They were great when our handsome baby boy of 10 years needed immediate care when he became very sick and they were very compassionate when he passed. Thank you Dr. Reynolds and staff. I'm so glad you were there.

Had to take the dog chas and German Shepherd to the door myself and when we picked him up I had to go to the side door in the back by garbage and pick him up from there! The man at the window taking the money was very ignorant and he also brought the dog out I was very ignorant at the door. The operation went fine I have praised for the vets in the technicians they were the only High spot for Chaz! The man at the window and the door totally wrong in the way he acted!
