My rabbit Iris had a medical emergency the weekend before Memorial Day when it was difficult to get in touch with vets that deal with exotics. Thanks to Firefly Vet, they were able to see her and provide the appropriate diagnostics and supportive care that got her through the weekend until her regular vet was available. I honestly do not think she would be alive if it wasn't for their availability and compassionate care. All of the owners were working that weekend and the staff was great!

This clinic and its staff are wonderful. I found a young kitten in the afternoon and he was sick and in rough shape. I phoned Firefly and they were ready for him as soon as I could get there. When I arrived I was checked in quickly by the warm, welcoming receptionists. The clinic itself is bright and clean. Were were taken to the exam room quickly and the little fuzzball was taken back for quick blood tests and checkup by the skilled vet techs and Dr. Orlando, who loved on him like he was their own. The charges were explained beforehand so everything was transparent and there were no surprises. Costs were reasonable and less than most vets and emergency clinics in general, so that was a great surprise. We got meds and a treatment plan and were on our way home in no time. It was a great experience and I can't recommend Firefly enough. They truly care about their clients and meeting their needs during stressful situations. What a gift to the community they are! 💗

We came in today for a life threatening emergency after seeing a vet in the morning. They open at 11am and we made sure we were there early. When we entered they did a fantastic job of getting people in an exam room and seen efficiently. They were kind and understanding. She was admitted and the whole process took less than 40 minutes and they answered any questions along the way. I 100% would recommend this to anyone needing urgent pet care. They were very upfront with a quote and also with helping to find a way to make surgery possible. They offered a few financing options that we could choose if needed. We just picked her up from the office and she is recovering at home now! They also had detailed instructions printed for when we got home, when meds were due, and how to reintroduce food. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff and veterinarian. You all saved my babies life.

I first spoke to this clinic on the phone to see if they would be able to help with my bearded dragon who was having a prolapse emergency. The lady that answered the phone was extremely professional, went and talked to the vet about the symptoms my bearded dragon was having, and gave an honest opinion that they felt he needed a more intensive care facility than what they were able to provide. They recommended we take him to an emergency exotic specialist and gave us all of the recommended hospitals closest to us. Unfortunately after his procedure at the emergency facility he declined rapidly the following day and did not make it. I called back again asking if I would be able to bring him in to confirm that he had passed. Again on the phone extremely professional, caring, and compassionate. When we arrived they immediately took him to the back and relayed that he had passed. The veterinarian and all of the staff were extremely kind, compassionate, and caring. They did wonderful ink prints and clay prints for our family and we are extremely grateful for the care and love they showed to my bearded dragon who unfortunately was passed before we arrived. This was my first time using this vet and although it was a sad visit I will continually recommend them for the care, love, compassion, and professionalism they showed us and my bearded dragon. To see that they treated my pet no different than if he was still alive walking into the clinic speaks volumes. You can tell how much each individual truly loves and cares about animals and their owners. Thank you Firefly Vet my family and I are extremely grateful for the care and compassion you showed us and our bearded dragon, Olan. ❤️

Took my baby here for the first time since I live down the road. I received prompt care. The ladies at the front desk were so kind. The assistants were so kind. There was so much compassion all throughout. The vet was prompt and thorough. I couldn't have asked for more quality care. There are so many good things I can say about Firefly Urgent Care! My experience was top notch!! Thank you so much for everything! You were all amazing!! P.S. Belle is doing well! She sends her tiny hugs to you all! THANK YOU!!
