About a month ago the friendly feral cat I take care of wound up with a broken, abcessed tooth. I was having a hard time finding anyone who could take him within a week as the ER vet recommended. I tried Family Vet Care and they saw him immediately and had his dental surgery scheduled four days after the initial appointment. The staff was all knowledgeable and friendly. They treated Cow amazingly! He made a full recovery and is eating like a champ.

When I called Family Vet Care Center on 8/13/2024 because my Great Dane Willy was having trouble walking/standing up and I couldn’t get in to see my regular vet, they took me that same day. Their quick response and willingness to help in an urgent situation was unbelievable. When I arrived, the staff was prompt and eager to help my dog. Their attentiveness and care immediately put me at ease, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about his wellbeing. FVCC was not only clean, welcoming, and comfortable, but every staff member - from Dr. Nicole Hladio, multiple vet techs, to the person who checked me in - was incredibly caring. They spent so much time with me and my dog that I felt like I was the only patient there, even though I knew they had many others. I drove forty-five minutes to get there, and after my experience that day and the follow up calls and care plan for my fur baby. I would gladly drive there anytime I need care for my pets. The level of service, attention, and genuine care they provided was truly worth it.

This was my first visit with my kitty and I wanted to say that I am so glad to have found Family Vet Care Center. Everyone was friendly, professional and the place was spotless! The vet I had was lovely and explained something to me that my former vet had never explained, which was important to my kitty's health. When finished, you are checked out in the room, so there is no stopping at a front desk, which I like. Having moved here somewhat recently, finding a good vet clinic has not been that easy. Thank you, Family Vet Care Center!

So I had always had another family member take my pets to the vet because of their experience as a vet tech. So when I went to FVCC it was my first time in a vet's office and I was honestly really nervous. I was scared for my little one (kind of an emergent visit), and I was anxious about the new environment. It was a struggle. The staff were amazing. They were so kind and knowledgeable and helpful and overall attentive to my pet. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. With the kind of emergent situation, we were seen same day and it was so quick. My cat was checked out and cared for with such well....care. it was nice to have my anxieties attended to as well. My cat is doing a bit better now! She's on the upswing! I can't wait to take her and her sister back for continued care!!
