The vet and everyone working there are so kind and helpful. I didn't have enough money because I wasn't expecting a sick kitten, and they gave me what I needed asap and I went back for the rest the next day (thankfully). I recommend them totally!! Charlie is feeling much better! I have to take him back soon for a checkup and shots.

Absolutely love the staff so great with our pets and extremely professional and helpful. Only would suggest (if possible) for VIP to adopt a virtual queue for waiting. Doesn't have to be appointments but yet a virtual waiting list for sometimes all customers come at once and may not be seen that day due to high volume

So grateful they we're there to take care of my new puppy.. the doctor and his assistant were just great, answered all my questions and put my fears about my puppies health at ease.. This is a wonderful place to take your pet when you have no other option.

Everyone at the wellness center was kind, compassionate, and caring. The vet took a lot of time with my 13-year-old dog and was very patient. They were thorough and professional. The treatment they gave my dog was outstanding. Highly recommend! Happy to find such loving professionals.

The VIPpet care was OK, the biggest thing was the wait time where there was no where to sit, had to stand for two hours had to finally sit on a container of cat liter. At least have 10 chairs, over all only area that was fast was the exam
