Been going there for years, I feel the quality of care has really dropped. Recently had my kitten spay and she died Within 10 days from bacterial infection, which the emergency center was said was due to a dirty needle We called and told them our cat died. And they never even had the decency to call and apologize. Or say we're sorry to hear that.. I know Karen for many, many years. And I know she's a better doctor than this i'm very disappointed

If I could give her office a zero I would. Her staff is unprofessional and rude. Always seems to be new staff, and her office administrator lacks the ability to communicate effectively. It used to be a great place . I now understand why it is so easy to get an appointment with her lately.

Dr. Karen was there for me when my greyhound stepped off the track into her forever home right up till the end of life some 13 years later. Always patient always kind always knowledgeable. She is all about the animals. Great vet!

*Update* I reached out to request my dogs record for the new vet I scheduled to see. When speaking to the receptionist, I mentioned my experience to her, and she apologized and said that the lady was no longer there and that she was a problem and that we were actually welcome to come back. But i told her i already had arrangements. Theyvwere suppose to get back to me with the records and havent heard of them since. Called in to schedule my dog to go in after not going for 4 years to the same vet and they said because it's been so long my account is inactive and I can't come back... makes no sense why I wouldn't be able to come back not knowing my situation. But now I see why they have the reviews that they have now a days. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Zero stars. This place is a complete scam. Misdiagnosed both my dog and my daughter’s dog at 2 different times. They should be ashamed of themselves. Thank goodness we both got second opinions right away because something felt off. Never go there if you love your pet
