Always a great experience at Broken Top Vet. I’ve brought a dog and three kitties here over the years. Dr. McSwain is compassionate and knowledgeable. The whole staff is great to work with. Highly recommended.

The staff here are amazing. We are here from out of town and forgot our dog's medication at home. Even with overnight shipping, we would still be several days without the medication. The staff got our dog's information from his vet back home, saw us the same day, and gave us a similar medication to cover us until his regular medication arrives. This saved my husband from having to drive the six hours back home (12 hours round trip) to get the medication. We could not be more thankful!

The staff and whole clinic are Amazing. In over 40bywars, I've never had a better Vet or team to care for my animals. They are so skilled, compassionate, and it feels like family every time we walk in the door! Love them!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. McSwain and the whole team at Broken Top. I took my older dog in when he stopped eating and I could immediately tell that they cared about the animals like their own. Over the course of the next month we had lots of ups and downs, but the whole time they genuinely cared about my dog. When he ended up needing help crossing the rainbow bridge, they came to my house and we were able to do it in the peaceful setting of my own home. They took what will forever be one of the worst times of my life and made it just a touch easier. I'm forever grateful to them for their love and kindness.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and they do find ways to help with costs when needed. Have a cat that was vomiting and plopping all over the house and we didn't know what was going on. We tried various foods, litters, all the things, but it kept happening multiple times a day. They were able to diagnose her and suggest a prescription diet that immediately turned things around within 48 hours. Furthermore they took the time to explain and can tell they truly care. And the thank you card signed by the entire staff we received in the mail a few weeks later was a nice touch...
