They treated us with utmost compassion when we suddenly lost our beloved dachshund. When we returned in three weeks with our new addition to the family, the entire staff welcomed us with love and excitement and all mentioned our loss as well. The whole exam room was full of staff enjoying the baby. They were beyond wonderful and Dr Michaela is the best!

I’ve been taking my dog to Cinder Rock for almost 3 years now and I feel like I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is attentive and friendly and they actually make going to the vet fun. Dr. Kailie has gone above and beyond for us and takes such great care of our pup. We just recently saw Dr. Pollak for some behavioral assistance. She was extremely thorough in helping us to understand what Onyx is trying to communicate and how to keep him happy and comfortable. I would definitely tell people about Cinder Rock. The staff was very friendly and the vet tech and veterinarian was so thorough and smart on the care of Franklin.
