We have been taking our dogs to this clinic for many years. Last weekend we were camping at Odell lake and while fishing our dog ended up with one fishing hook in his nose. Second fishing hook was missing. We called the clinic and wanted to drive our dog for Xray to make sure he didn’t swallow it. My husband was told that clinic has a busy schedule and they may be able to see him or we can drop him off and they will get to him next day. We were 3 hours away. My husband asked the receptionist to check with Dr. And explain our situation to him because this in not a routine exam. She supposedly checked with him and he said to drop him off and they will get to him when they can. This was an EMERGENCY situation that needs to be addressed immediately, not next day!!!It would only take an X-ray to see if he swallowed the hook. For this reason we will not take our dogs to this clinic. They should not advertise “Emergency Care” as part of their service. Very disappointed because we really like the doctor

Called multiple times to bring my dog in that was passing away and they could not make anytime for me. The first day, they said they don’t have time at all. I was forced to try to make it through the weekend. The second attempt. They still could not get me in. Ended up going to the animal hospital. I highly recommend the animal hospital. I called and they said come right in. They didn’t even hesitate. They were so compassionate and helpful. They had my dogs resting peacefully within 30 minutes of me calling. Sorry. But horrible customer service.

Received excellence service and care from Cascade East Vet Clinic. Everyone we worked with were professional and kind. My family and I are new to town and plan to use this clinic for all our future needs with our fur babies. Thanks again!!
