The techs are friendly, competent, & handled my cat extremely well - putting both of us at ease. The Doctor is knowledgeable & also very nice, every time I've brought my baby in with an issue it was diagnosed &/or treated promptly and correctly.

Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable staff. My dog loves the staff and is excited to see them during her routine visits. We’ve also sent two of our fur babies over the Rainbow Bridge here, and Dr. Danelle’s bedside manner was comforting, patient, and understanding through the entire process. I don’t trust my pets with any other vet in the area.

Very good with my over exited German Shepard lab puppy got her shots and had me out really quick the staff was all extremely nice and knowledgeable would definitely recommend for new patients

HORRIBLE experience. Rude staff, rude and abrasive vet and contradicting information from one staff to the other.. Veterinarian gave exam and vaccines in the reception area wearing her coat to go home already. She was short and condescending when I asked questions, spent no time addressing my concerns about dog depression due to losing his companion. Still, worse yet she was aggressive when administering vaccines. A few of the staff at the end when making payment were very kind and helpful in contrast to the snide and demeaning coworker I first spoke to when arriving. Hopefully it was a rare bad appointment and they don't treat all patients and their owners so belittling and unkind when giving. Wouldn't have given even half a star if it wasn't required to leave a review which I never do considering the vet almost left before giving the final vaccine but the tech stopped her. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!

Vaccination cost =$234.00 paid for two visits. Then we get a spay cost estimate of $530 - $762. Not going back. They are about two to three times more expensive then anywhere else in the area. Staff is mediocre at best. They did take very good care of one of our other dogs, but was super spendy. My advice would be to shop around ...
