5 ⭐️’s all the way! They got me and my kitten in a room quickly. The tech Ann genuinely cared about the concerns I had about Fox(my kitten). Anna listened, and made sure the doctor knew everything before coming to see Fox. My cat is a very nervous kitty and not used to not being home, or around strangers. The tech let the doctor know. Dr.ward came in and used a very quiet sweet voice to keep Fox calm. They were both VERY gentle with Fox in the exam and blood work withdraw, encouraging Fox with gentle voices the entire way. The service was exquisite and will definitely be where I get both of my kittens care for now on! They true care about the pets that come through the door. 10/10 definitely RECOMMEND!

Scott was wonderful & informative. The Vet who was filling in for the day also answered all questions & took her time with the examination as well as answered all questions I had. Will be returning as they made me feel very comfy & made the experience personable. My tiny 8 week didn’t even cry or peep as they were very gentle on his shot. Gizmo did vomit on the car ride over a bit as he was just nervous. It’s my first pup since being a lil gal, I used to bring in strays. 🫢🥰 The process was easy.

i CAN NOT stress enough how amazing our veterinarian team is! We have two adorable cats. And one of our sweet babies has a major fear of vets. They have been so sweet, gentle, & kind with him. Making sure he stays comfortable and safe with them. If anyone is looking for an amazing team Kim, Dr. Ward, & Anna should absolutely be your preferred team! Trust me they will not disappoint! ❤️🐱

I had the absolute pleasure of bringing our beloved dog, Furaha, to Petco on 5207 E. 41st, and I can't say enough about the incredible care we received. Dr. Sarah, the veterinarian who treated Furaha, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Dr. Sarah is not only highly skilled but also has a genuine love for animals. She took the time to thoroughly examine Furaha and explained every step of the treatment in a way that was both comforting and easy to understand. But it wasn't just Dr. Sarah who made this visit exceptional—Scott Middlebrooks, the operational manager of the hospital, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure that we felt supported throughout the entire visit. Scott’s leadership and dedication to providing excellent service were evident, and it was clear that he fosters a wonderful, caring environment for both pets and their owners. The care we received from both Dr. Sarah and Scott was outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional service.
